We are aware that a company using our Multi-Therm name carrying out general building work has been operating in the Nottinghamshire and Midlands areas.

This is 100% not our company and we have no link to them whatsoever. 

We are receiving phone calls from people who have had building work carried out that appears to be not up to standard or their satisfaction.

Their list of works includes:

Damp proofing

Windows replacement

Brickwork re-pointing

We are currently in the process of making Nottingham Trading Standards aware of the situation and will provide updates ASAP.

It appears that these people are cold calling and carrying out work without leaving any paperwork or contact details other than saying that they are from "Multi-Therm".

At this time, the best course of action would be to contact your local council trading standards department and seek their advice.
